Don't Tough it Out

Goddess of Void: Dhumavati
Don't know what to do?
When you don't know what to do, the mundane tasks are always there. There are always plenty of things to do. The problem is never "is there something to do?" It's more about just doing that thing that needs to be done.
When you don't know what the next step is, this is actually a tremendous opportunity to meditate. Go deeper into your yoga practice. Unroll your mat and repeat the mantra "I accept that I don't know what's next."
Suffering has to be dealt with by accepting that our karmic attachments must be broken. What is our Karma? It is fate. It is the sum of previous actions. It is a theater! It is a play of life.
When something devestating happens, it could mean you are made smaller, you must cope with loss, and/or your face may not be so nice to look at. But it will pass. You will heal.
When you don't know what to do, don't try to solve the problem. Don't look for answers.
Focus on cleanliness, warmth, and safety. Make your bed. Do the dishes. Put away the laundry. Make a warm beverage to enjoy on your favorite spot on the couch. Draw yourself a hot bubble bath. Look for the person you know will give you a good hug. Go for a walk in nature and be amazed at the miracle of life. Whatever you are facing, it is in Divine's hands. Ground down and let. it. go. Be thankful for what you have now!
When you don't know what to do, you actually know exactly what to do.
Go do it!
From accepting that we have a problem, we come to meet the void and the emptiness, the darkness and realize how important it is. We realize how important silence is when we reach the void. When we can accept the void, all bad feelings go and we can at last find peace. When we accept that we can't get the answers, we no longer need it. When we focus on healing instead of trying to tough it out, we do much better in life.
Namaste.
May all beings everywhere be free from suffering! Divine, make it so!
Kind regards,
Mae
