Kale Chips 🌱
Pairing well with mac’n “cheese”, you will find this vegan kale chip recipe delicious and nutritious.
Preheat oven to 350- turn down to 300 when chips are ready to go in.
In a large bowl, mix:
4 C Kale
1 T oil
2 T nutritional yeast
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t chili powder
1/4 t cumin
Salt and pepper pepper pepper
Mix by massaging ingredients together with hands. Make sure no leaves are naked! Oil those bad bois UP.
Spread kale over covered baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 mins.
Eat the entire pan before your husband comes home so you have to make another batch which works out okay because you have so much kale!
Consider eating the second batch, too because he’s still not home by the time batch no. 2 is done, but use “self control” by eating vegan ice cream instead.
