Bringing peace to Kerrville through yoga practice

It’s always funny when you think something is impossible and then the universe shows you it IS possible. You stop in your tracks because you know the road ahead of you will not be easy. However, following your heart will be more fulfilling than you can imagine. If you can answer your heart’s calling, you will be a cut above the rest.

Perhaps the greatest danger we face in life is complacency. The ability to step out of our comfort zone and try new things, even though we may not feel qualified or we might be afraid of failure, does not come naturally. Confidence in ourselves is not a talent we’re born with, but rather a skill we have to develop through practice.

Try Something New

What better way for you to step out of your comfort zone than to try something new?

What better way for you to step out of your comfort zone than to stop being distracted and start getting intentional?

What better way for you to step out of your comfort zone than to embrace stillness in a society that glorifies the hustle and the grind?

If there is someone in this community ready to learn about yoga, I am ready to teach.

I welcome you to 804 Main St to find a sanctuary of healing for your body and your mind. You can connect with yourself through flowing movement, find relief from depression and anxiety through meditation, and build a foundation of peace for your family to lean on through mindfulness.

Why do you want to do yoga?

Is it to support your nervous system? Is it to become more flexible? To become more balanced?

Are you managing pain?

How do you think yoga can help you?

I want to know! Let’s figure it out together. I am already so excited to meet you! You are invited to our yoga party at 804 Main St on January 1st at 10:30am to share your story and start, or continue, your joyful yoga journey.

See you soon,

Mae
